Data Deletion Request

This page explains how to delete browser-stored Instalyzer data, saved exports, supported tool data, and how to request deletion of account or support information.

Current soft-launch model

During the current soft launch, Instalyzer stores some data locally in your browser and some data under your signed-in account.

Browser-stored workspace data can be removed from your device. Account-owned saved exports and supported tool data can be deleted from Instalyzer storage.

Delete saved exports

You can delete saved exports from the storage page inside Instalyzer. Deleting a saved export removes:

  • the account-owned saved export metadata document
  • persisted Not Following Back tool data for that dataset
  • Not Following Back entry chunks connected to that dataset
  • browser-local copies of that dataset on the device where you delete it

Deleting a saved export does not delete unrelated support emails, contact submissions, or authentication records.

Delete browser-stored data

You can remove local Instalyzer workspace data by:

  • deleting saved datasets inside the workspace or storage page
  • clearing browser storage for Instalyzer
  • removing browser-stored preferences and saved selections
  • removing browser-local parsed datasets and temporary tool state

Clearing browser storage may remove the full local workspace from that device, but account-owned saved metadata and supported tool data may still be available after you sign in.

Account and cloud data

If you want account-level information deleted, email support@instalyzer.app from the email address connected to your Instalyzer account.

Account-level deletion may include:

  • your user profile document
  • saved export metadata connected to your account
  • persisted supported tool data connected to saved exports
  • marketing opt-in metadata stored with your account profile

Deletion requests may require identity verification to protect user privacy and prevent unauthorized requests.

Retention

Saved export metadata and persisted Not Following Back tool data remain tied to your account while the saved export remains in storage.

Delete the saved export to remove that dataset's account-owned metadata and persisted Not Following Back data, or contact support for account-level deletion requests.

Support and contact data

If you previously sent support emails, product feedback, or contact submissions and want that information deleted, email support@instalyzer.app with your request.

Support data is separate from saved export data and may need to be identified by email address, approximate date, or request context.

What to include in your request

To help process a deletion request, include:

  • the email address connected to your Instalyzer account or support request
  • the type of information you want deleted
  • any useful context that helps identify the request

Third-party services

If Instalyzer uses third-party services such as authentication systems, analytics tools, payment providers, or cloud hosting, some information may also need to be managed or deleted directly through those services.
